ReplyDeleteIn TINDIVANAM there is a 720Acre SIPCOT SEZ coming up in the near future. Already there is a small industrial company started to operate its functions there since Jan2011. They are expecting to invite over 10more new companies to occupy the space in SEZ by Jan2012.

ReplyDeleteVillupuram would definitely take another 5years to get itself converted as a Chennai-SUBURB.
Right now the government is bearing in mind to develop the city from Tambaram - Tindivanam stretch at its first step. Followed by they will move on till Villupuram or further down.
But Investing in Villupuram at now is not so appreciative, instead TINDIVANAM - KRISHNAGIRI Bypass would be the best option.
